Understand that bad thing happen (suffering part of life) of every human existence.
They are perfect at choosing were to select their attention. Habits realistically focus on what they can change and accept what they can’t change.
As humans, we are excellent at seeing threats and weaknesses- negative emotions. It has been passed down from our ancestors.
Positive emotions and experiences, therefore, bounce off us.
It has served well as an evolutionary perspective.
Resilient people don’t diminish negative but work out a way of thing the good.
Choose life, not death.
