My morning routine:

Hi guys, I will summarise the simple morning routine that I am setting as each change due to how I feel that day.

I would wake up, journal, use the bathroom and start making my breakfast in the morning. I am trying to set a routine for the gym; however, I am not consistent, which is one of many things I want to work on as I love working out. From the first of Feb which is today, I am starting my consistent journey.

I usually do intermittent fasting; however, I have breakfast. Since I work there, my time is tight in the morning, especially if I wake up late; you know that happens. So my schedule changes each day, but it is very similar majority of the time.

I have slow weekends great and I am able to be present whereas my weekdays are pretty hectic in the morning as I work.
